New Orleans is a rich and diverse melting pot. Growing up in such a great city has a profound effect on all of its citizens. "New Orleanians walk on the brighter side of life. It may be a collective sense of optimism springs from the city’s laid-back, laissez les bons temps rouler attitude. Or perhaps the city’s good old-fashioned hospitality can be traced to pride in its rich cultural heritage—from its gracious architecture and chicory-laced coffee to its cool strains of jazz,"quote from Travel and Leisure. It's simple, happy people want to make others happy! The Pelletteri family are just such people. Raised in families where Italian and Cajun French cultures blend together for food and fun, it was only natural that they would want to share their love of Louisiana cuisine with as many folks as possible! Working and studying hard in the practical food service industry they opened their first restaurant "Marc Anthony's" in 1985. Eventually leading to their Dino's Catering Company that has been operating since 2002. Having had many prestigious schools as clients over the years,it would only make sense that our business dynamic would develop into "Food For Thought" catering. We specialize in delicious natural and local fresh ingredients, stay abreast of the designer foodservice trends and incorporate our Cajun heritage into our food and fast, friendly service. Our favorite word is: "yes!"
